Well, joining this webinar tdoesn't mean that i really want to go studying abroad so bad, it's just a summary from this webinar but anyway what will be, will be

1. Preliminary preparation before choosing for continuing to study to get a Master
degree
We need to be fluent on speaking (in English) because ofc it'll help you a lot
Teamwork skills must be trained well enough
Prepare the required documents (it'll be good if you prepare them before graduating), find the type of scholarship that matches our will, signature from the lecturer. Do some research before choosing our major example, reading the paper, thesis, learning facilities, the country's ecosystem (to compare what kinds of scholarships that suitable for us)
Look for "why" in your decision to study abroad, this can be your ammunition too if you wanna pass the interview section.
Research about professors (Ask directly to person that have been taught by him or her in that field)
2. Which one we need to choose first, work or directly continuing our study?
there's always a plus and minus at doing everything, so;
If we choose to work first: we'll understand more about our basic knowledge in our major and we can also applied our knowledge (bachelor degree) in the working world first so we can have a better understanding about the real concern (real problem) in order to turn it as a thesis at the end of the lecture year
If we choose directly to studying abroad after getting the bachelor degree: this option will fit better if your goal is to be a lecturer or academics because other than that (in case we want to work in a company) it'll make the company confused to decide how much salary that they need to give for the candidate (the candidate has no work experience yet has a high level education)
3. Asia vs. Europe
Dutch: English is a must, learn the course material is a must (because working first will make us forget the material)
Korea: mental preparation (because of wearing hijab), preparation for the work culture (similar to Japan, hard working), drinking culture is a commonplace (there are even some people who are forced to drink together, for the sake of celebration)
London: very diverse, so it's easier to adapt but still need some research about the culture first before choosing London as your next journey, London filled up with so many Asians esp. in business school
4. Living Cost
London: divided into several zone (Uni is in the first zone, college student is in the second zone). It takes 10-12 million IDR /month.
Dutch: given from the scholarship funding (18 million IDR /month) but it only cost 10 million IDR if you can manage your money well.
Korea: 10 million IDR
